150FF_EDS From to disasters to summer camp to performing arts, The Salvation Army meets the needs of its neighbors and serves them in their communities.

150FF_CarolJaudesFACT: Our Emergency Disaster Services team operates in three phases when responding to a disaster: emergency preparedness, immediate emergency response and long-term disaster recovery.

FACE: Carol Jaudes who appeared for five years on Broadway in the hit musical CATS currently directs The Salvation Army Territorial Arts Ministry. The TAM Team, as they are commonly known, travel throughout the country communicating God’s message through drama. Each summer, the Creative Arts Service Team tours the northeastern US putting on musicals and training young people. Every August, TAM hosts a week-long intensive conservatory for talented teens and young adults from the northeastern US in New York.

150FF_EnriqueFACE: “I love this job.” Enrique is an outgoing leader at Camp Wonderland.

With two older brothers in jail, he met The Salvation Army at just the right time. His involvement since then has shaped who he is as he approaches graduation from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
